My approach is rooted in wholefood nutrition and often includes animal-based products like eggs, dairy, and ethically sourced meat for gut healing. While I respect all dietary choices, my coaching may not be the right fit for strict vegans.
Each session is tailored to you. We’ll talk about your current symptoms, diet, lifestyle, and goals. I’ll guide you with practical, realistic steps to support your digestion and overall wellbeing using food, habits, nervous system and mindset work.
Instead of strict meal plans, I offer flexible meal ideas, food swaps, and recipe inspiration tailored to your preferences, lifestyle, and gut health needs. I want this to feel easy, not overwhelming!
If you’re dealing with bloating, gas, digestive pain, are worried your gut health is poor, or feel confused about what to eat, this coaching is for you. It’s especially helpful if you’re burnt out and sick of cooking, wanting to feel good in your body and inspired in your kitchen again.
My approach is all about nourishment, not restriction. We may explore gentle eliminations or adjustments based on your symptoms, but the goal is always to create a balanced, sustainable way of eating, that you can easily follow long after our work together is done.
We will have a weekly email check-in in the first 8 weeks to touch base, where you're welcome to ask any questions or follow up from our most recent session together.
