The amount of time you spend cooking is up to you, however you do need to have a TINY bit of cooking experience for this work to be worthwhile. A tiny bit = can follow a simple recipe.
It's highly unlikely! This course is about your lifestyle and not only looks at your nutrition and nutrient intake, but how you live and your daily habits (food and non-food related). This course would compliment other help you're getting perfectly, if i do say so myself!

Not at all! I've worked with women who have many different needs including allergies, intolerances and personal choices. I will say that a lot of the foundational work we do with gut restoring will be based on animal products so if you're a vegan, this may not be the right fit.
