I'm a Nutrition Coach + Yoga Teacher with a love for good food.

With my unique blend of a Diploma in Nutrition, years of experience in corporate leadership, and hundreds of hours teaching yoga, I combine evidence-based knowledge with real-life understanding to support your health and personal growth.

I believe every woman deserves to live free from gut symptoms and daily discomfort—to enjoy food with confidence, ease, and zero second-guessing.

Through my 1:1 online Nutrition Coaching, we work together on a personalised plan that meets your specific needs around gut health, balanced nutrition, meal planning, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, and overall wellbeing.
